王坤立，女，437ccm必赢国际副教授，未来计划青年学者，硕士生导师，中国农业大学食品科学专业博士，国食品科学技术学会特殊食品分会第三届理事会理事，山东省营养学会运动营养专委会委员，《Food Chemistry International》创刊编辑，《Food Research International》等期刊审稿人。长期致力于食品营养与健康、天然产物与慢病防控、特医食品开发等方面的研究，通过人群队列及生物组学技术探究膳食营养对健康的影响。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、山东省自然科学青年基金1项及多项企业横向课题，参与国家级课题2项。发表SCI文章20余篇，授权国内、国外专利各1项。
